Work Schedule

When you start a new subject with a class, it can be very helpful to use a work plan which you hand out to the studens. Some of them, even those whom you might think are quick learners and able to work independently in class, benefit greatly from a plan that they can tick off as they work through the learning questions.

Reflection & Tips

Reflection

- Did you feel that you could work more independently without asking your teacher what-to-do next?
- How did you reflect on the classroom atmosphere? Did it feel more calm and focused in the classroom?

Tips for Implementation

Teach the students how to read instructions. It can help those that actually don't know how to do it and later it will boost their self-confidence as they feel capable of working more independently.
