Building a Foundation for Student Wellbeing: WELL³ Project Update
Following a productive foundation-building phase, the WELL³ project is shifting its focus toward practical application and scaling. Our mission to empower school communities with effective wellbeing tools is moving from the design phase to the pilot phase.
We are currently refining the technical infrastructure for the WELLbeing Sensor. This digital tool, designed to help schools assess and address the core needs of their students and staff, is scheduled for completion next month. Following this, 60 experts will validate these tools to ensure they meet the highest standards of pedagogical excellence.
The next major milestone is our Transnational Project Meeting in Austria. This gathering is pivotal, as it marks the training of our new Wellness Facilitators. These representatives will serve as the bridge between the WELL³ methodology and our pilot schools.
We are particularly excited about the upcoming “Year of WELLbeing,” where 10 schools across Europe will begin testing these tools in real-world settings. This phase is essential for building a robust “Treasury for Tools”—a method database that will offer actionable exercises to foster healthier, more supportive school climates.
We believe that when wellbeing is prioritised, learning thrives. We are committed to sharing these insights and resources with the broader educational community as we prepare for this next chapter.
