WELL³ Project Kick-off Meeting – Lisbon

At the end of 2025, the Well3 partnership officially launched the project during its kick-off meeting hosted by EPM in Lisbon.

During the meeting, partners aligned on project objectives, work plan, roles and responsibilities, dissemination strategy, and evaluation approach. This shared understanding laid the foundations for effective collaboration across different national contexts.

The kick-off meeting marked the first step of a European cooperation process focused on promoting wellbeing and inclusion in schools through a whole-school approach.
